Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return an item to us within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is in its original, intact packaging.

⚠️ Opened, damaged, or promotional products are neither accepted nor exchanged.


Exchange or refund
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will refund the amount of the products (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. If the package is lost without tracking, we will neither refund nor exchange.


Defective product or order error
Did you receive a damaged, defective product or one that does not match your order?
