General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Bymee Cosmetic

1. Subject

These general conditions govern the sales of cosmetic products offered on the site www.bymeecosmetic.com between Bymee Cosmetic (the "Seller") and any natural person making a purchase for personal use (the "Client").

2. Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight differences (notably in color) may exist between the product displayed on the screen and the product delivered.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Bymee Cosmetic reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

Any order placed on www.bymeecosmetic.com constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. After payment validation, the Client receives a confirmation by email.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure method offered on the site. Banking data is encrypted and never accessible to Bymee Cosmetic.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made in France and internationally. The indicated times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. Bymee Cosmetic cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure or customs constraints.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is new, unopened, and in its original packaging.

8. Returns and refunds

Return costs are the responsibility of the Client. In case of defective product or order error, Bymee Cosmetic will cover the return costs.

9. Liability

Bymee Cosmetic cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use or purchase of products. It is the Client's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the products with their skin type.

10. Intellectual property

All site content www.bymeecosmetic.com (texts, visuals, logos, graphic charter, etc.) are the exclusive property of Bymee Cosmetic. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

11. Personal data protection

12. Disputes
